Lupe Fiasco has been one of my all time rapers its not just his deliverance and his swag...majority of it are his analytical views and swift but classy rhymes. In my jurisdiction Wayne shouldn't even be put in the same boat let alone call himself "the best rapper alive".
Well in speaking upon Wayne, I feel he had some good leaks, mix tapes, and certain main stream songs ,but Wayne he is "trained" when he raps he puts out such a confusing vibe at times. Not only is this present in his lyrics but, also in his deliverance. When he has a pen and paper and he is focused he probably can do damage, as he announced after the carter II he stoped "writing his lyrics" and all his verses are "freestyle's". As much as i would love to say that is great...its not

THE UGLY
Well in speaking upon Wayne, I feel he had some good leaks, mix tapes, and certain main stream songs ,but Wayne he is "trained" when he raps he puts out such a confusing vibe at times. As much as i would love to say that is great...its notHis lyrics are so off topic, as in the Carter III he went hard...he went day um hard...but at the same time you gotta ask how much of that was freestyle? and even when listening to that it still didn't give me the same feelings as Lupe...carter 3 made me feel motivated about getting money and thas pretty much it...on the other hand Lupe has a universal level of flow in..dude can flow about anything and make you want to change your thoughts,feelings and beliefs. Not just through his flow but a combination a flow, lyrics ,experiences and facts. But Wayne will just pump you up about those thoughts.
Sometimes its just about the fan base...if half of your fans are tap dancing ,while smoking cracc ,while eating beef jerky your going to rap about a tap dancing beef jerky cracc smoccin hustle..lol...and i think that is what Wayne has done.
He killed the carter II in 05 which is why "he" thinks he is "the best rapper alive". I think the thing that makes me dislike him as an artist is his cockiness and his confusing rap metaphors..if he wasn't drinking all that day um codeine and "feeling like dying" then maybe the Lupe based fans or just rap fans (those that want to hear real rap) will like him.

Why are you commenting your blog so much? Come on now, no but for real I'm feeling the blog. Looks good. I like lil wayne but I do wonder about his content and structure of punchlines in rap.
well. . . imma pill poppin syrup sippin nigga myself. . . so i got nothing but love for Wayne (Kuz i Kan relate). . . but i'm in love with hip hop first and foremost. . . and that's what Lupe does. . . and he does it damn well. . . so i thinK Lupe is the better hip hop artist. . . liKe Allyssa said the guy Kan talK about any and everything. . . and not only that he's Kapable of taKing it old sKool with the art of story telling. . . Wayne is really different, which is what maKes him an iiKon. . . that's what the game is about. . . giving fans a new feel. . . when hip hop started. . . it was with stories i.e. SlicK RicK, Dana Dane, Run DMC. . . then what happened, the west Koast blew up Kuz they were doing something different they had gangsta rappers, N.W.A Tupac (@ a later time) Death Row. . . then the east Koast tooK it bacK with slicK and witty metaphorical artists liKe Biggie, Jay-Z (whom i thinK is the best ever), Nas, Big L. . . but the hottest ppl were always the ones with the newest swag. . . so Wayne Kan be Konsidered the hottest rapper out right now. . . but idK that's just my opinion
